Spa rules
- An extra 15 minutes is added to appointments when treatments require that clients change clothing
- A prompt schedule is always adhered to
- Please be on time for your appointment
- We have robes and towels for your convenience
- Please look after your valuables as we cannot accept responsibility for their loss
- Please note mobile phones must be switched off at all times whilst in Spa Floresta
- To ensure everyone enjoys their treatment and in the interests of peace and tranquillity children are not allowed in the Health & Beauty area.
Cancellation Policy
Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to ensure 24 hours notice is given or 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
